I know this is an odd question, but it is it legal for a jail not to give thier inmates (female) atleast one or two pair of underware? I know they are available thru commisary, but what about those that can NOT afford them, those inmates that are not receiving money from family & such. Anyone that knows please let me know! Thanks so much!

The inmate handbook they provide towelssoaptooth pastepantsshirtsetc men get underware so why not legal it is hygine issue like having tooth paste or toilet paper it should be.

Inmates have the opportunity to be able to be able to be able to buy things from the commisary if your friend is too lazy to buy things.
