How do i put money on an inmates account upstate?

I live in PA, and am trying to figure out how to put money on an inmates account. Right now he is in Mercer County but is being transferred upstate sometime this week. Will the money he has transfer to upstate? And how do i add money to the account?

    The money in his or she put on he or her account the money will be there if you are going to each inmate admitted to send moneydont send cash.
