Of course the supply comes from outside connections but how do they manage to smuggle the drug(s) pass the guards?
I recently became quite interested in this and I’ve searched and found people:

Furthermore, tax dollars are used to feed and house the inmates. If we just killed them, prisons would not be crowded and less money would be used on them. I have the impression that children exposed to biblical indoctrination don’t learn to critically analyze their’s and others’ actions, and therefore don’t develop a healthy sense of moral values that isn’t based on the dictating of a dictator. This leaves them with no depth in their understanding of morality, since after all, their morality has no solid foundation. These religious people could ultimately become a danger to society if their worldview shatters and their understanding of consequences is shallow. I believe this is the reason why most prison inmates in America are Christian.
